Wayne Preston, with 30+ years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, teams up with KJ Kuipers to simplify AI complexities and provide practical advice for organizations to effectively use AI with actionable strategies. After coming out of semi-retirement, he became a CCM (Consultant Care Manager) at a friend’s high-tech consulting firm. Using his experience, he mentored staff, improved career development, implemented onboarding practices, and fostered trust and collaboration. This led to higher productivity, improved staff morale, and increased client revenues.

Throughout his CCM role, Wayne enhanced his AI knowledge and development skills by working on a project to automate internal processes through the use of AI, allowing Consultant Care Managers to focus on core responsibilities rather than routine tasks. Wayne is recognized for his proactive problem-solving approach and dedication to continuous professional growth, motivating former employees and colleagues to excel. The leader’s approach has strongly influenced company culture, encouraging innovation, collaboration, leading to the acquisition of several companies throughout his career.

Wayne has diverse marketing experience, including roles at startups, executive positions, and as the Canadian Country General Manager in Seattle for a tech company. He has also worked at Microsoft and other major tech firms.
